Plant Hire Bilston - Diggers & Dumpers
Bilston is our closest town - roughly four road miles from the yard in Wolverhampton, WV4, which is ten to fifteen minutes with a machine on the trailer. Because that is comfortably inside the first ten miles, delivery is the base charge of £40.00 each way, £80.00 there and back, with no mileage added on top. Book it online in a minute, or call 01902 213089 and we will fit the drop around your morning.
Being this close changes what is practical. We can drop a mini digger in Bilston, come back for it late the same afternoon and still be in the yard before closing, which suits short jobs on the streets around Mount Pleasant, Bradley and the canal side. It also makes a swap easy: if the machine that turns up is the wrong size for your gate, the right one is a few minutes away rather than a lost day.

Jobs we deliver to in Bilston
- Driveways. Digging out a short front drive and squaring the edges up before the base stone goes in.
- Footings. Footings for a rear extension, a garden office or a new boundary wall.
- Garden clearance. Clearing a small back garden of concrete slabs, old paths and self-set trees.
- Drainage. Digging a soakaway, or chasing a blocked run until the broken pipe shows itself.
- Landscaping. Bringing a lumpy garden to a level, then compacting the base with the BOMAG roller.
Access and ground rules
- Somewhere safe to unload with room for the trailer, and nothing blocking the drop - parked cars and wheelie bins are the usual hold-up.
- Solid ground under the machine. Soft mud and soaked lawns are a no, because a sunken machine turns into a recovery charge.
- Measure the narrowest point on the route in: 75 cm gets the K008-5 through, 1.0 m the U17-5 and the dumper, 1.2 m the roller.
- Be there when we arrive, so we can hand the machine over, photograph it and run through the safety points with you.
